The Ethical Financial Model:
Application Fee ($25): Covers the cost of initial vetting.
Program Commitment Fee ($250): A 100% refundable fee paid upon acceptance, securing a spot in the program. It is refunded in full when the participant accepts a job offer from an AfriPower employer partner.
Primary Revenue: A success fee paid by the hiring employer. Our financial incentive is perfectly aligned with the candidate’s success.
